Chuy and I had the opportunity to do a review (and giveaway!) for SmartBones. Chuy got to try the Dental flavor that includes real chicken. These are a great alternative to Raw Hide chews. And Chuy needs all the chews he can get to keep him away from my shoe collection!
I love that SmartBones come in different sizes, depending on the weight of your dog. That’s always a plus for us since Chuy is all of 7 lbs!

Like with every new food or treat, I never allow Chuy to eat it in one sitting. He has an extremely sensitive tummy, so I like to make sure he can handle it. He did great with SmartBones and that’s probaly because they are 99.2% digestible.
Here’s some other things I like about SmartBones:
- SmartBones are 99.2% digestible, which is higher than the digestibility of premium dog foods (85% digestibility).
- Chicken, vegetables and other healthy ingredients dogs will love are used in making SmartBones.
- SmartBones are safer for dogs than regular rawhide treats, which may cause intestinal blockages.
